E-Learning voice over

I record at least one e-learning voice over every week and I can see that number increasing as more and more opportunities for learning this way are developed. The secret of a good e-learning voice over script seems to be keeping things nice and simple whilst engaging the listener.  An e-learning voice over can be structured in many different ways and often includes the audio file being split up into separate files.
